Refund Policy:
We offer credit card refunds only if movie tickets are not picked up from the kiosk.  Please email Capitol Concierge with the following information:  Your name as it appears on your credit card, phone number, date of purchase and amount of purchase.   We will refund the full purchase price of the tickets after we confirm that your ticket order has not been picked up.

Order Cancellation:
We will refund you for the full amount of your purchase, providing you have not picked up your tickets from the kiosk.   Please email Capitol Concierge with the following information:  Your name as it appears on your credit card, phone number, date of purchase and amount of purchase. 

Privacy:
We maintain security measures in place in order to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the Personally Identifiable Information under our control.
