Gigi Hazen Galbraith Promoted to Vice President, Client Development at Capitol Concierge
COLUMBIA, Md., June 13, 2023— Capitol Concierge, a leading provider of concierge service to commercial and residential properties, mid and large companies, and major corporations, announced the promotion of Gigi Hazen Galbraith to Vice President, Client Development. In her new position, Galbraith will lead the Business Development team to define and implement sales strategies and sales plans to further expand the growth of the company.

Galbraith joined Capitol Concierge in 2013 and has been instrumental in developing strategic plans that enhance the company’s ability to expand business opportunities and implement new services and solutions. This includes pursuing global business opportunities; managing business verticals to build relationships and ensure specific needs are met; directing service solutions development that support client goals; and ensuring that Capitol’s service offerings quickly adapt to changing client needs. In addition, Galbraith is responsible for pursuing strategic partnerships aligned with Capitol Concierge’s elite service offerings.
Galbraith earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Marketing and German from Iowa State University. Currently, she is a member of the Associate’s Leadership Council for the Apartment and Office Building Association (AOBA) of Metropolitan Washington. She is also actively involved with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Washington Metropolitan Chapter of Community Association Institute (WMCCAI), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW DC). As a member of the National Conference of State Societies, she has served as its Cherry Blossom Program Director for the past five years.
